As a patient at our office, you will be given a thorough explanation of all recommended dental procedures and associated fees before we begin treatment. It is important that you have all of your questions answered, so we devote any time and attention necessary to make sure you have a clear understanding of the treatment, fees and responsibilities.
Our team is happy to assist you in choosing a payment option that best fits your needs. We are pleased to offer you the following payment options for your convenience:
- Payment in full at time of visit with cash, check, debit, or credit card.

We offer a courtesy adjustment for payment in full when you receive treatment.
- We will gladly submit any insurance claim for your direct reimbursement, at no charge. Payment in full of estimated* co-insurance is required if you request our assistance with your insurance. No adjustment is available for this option. As a courtesy, our office will submit your claim and apply any dental plan payment toward your account balance.
*Our office needs any new third party information prior to your visit so we can verify your benefits for an estimated co-insurance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee this estimate and that there may be a balance after your third party makes payment. Presenting new information at the time of treatment may require payment in full should we not be able to verify benefits at that time.
- Payment plans are available through Dental Fee Plan. We have partnered with these companies to provide you with a variety of options. The plans are convenient, and offer low monthly payments for dental treatments of $1 to $25,000 with no down payment necessary, in most cases.
- We will gladly submit your third party dental claim, at no charge, for your direct reimbursement.
We ask that all patients keep a credit card on file for any balance that may be owed 30 days from the day of treatment.
