Dental plans vary from insurance company to insurance company and from employer to employer. Please call us with your specific dental plan. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and offer extended financing via Capital One Healthcare.

Prior to your first visit:

We ask that you fill out all the parts of the 'New Patient' paperwork. This will allow for our team to begin preparing for your visit ahead of time. We need to be aware of any special circumstances so we may provide you with the best care possible.

For your convenience we have made the forms available online. In our patient section of the website you can register and complete the forms online. When you arrive at our office, we will have your paperwork processed and printed, ready for your signature. We also have provided downloadable forms which you can print, complete and fax to our office.  We hope that this will eliminate the need to arrive early for your appointment

On the day of your appointment:

Parking is available in the parking garage under the building; its entrance is to the right of the building. Please bring your parking ticket to the office so that we can validate it for you.

To ensure proper diagnosis and aid in treatment planning, all new patients are required to have a full set of x-rays, less than 3 years old. If you have had a good quality set of x-rays that have been taken within the last three years, please bring those with you to your appointment.

If your teeth and gums are healthy, we will provide a preventive polish or "routine cleaning." If you have gingivitis or periodontitis (gum disease) we will discuss the recommended therapy and review your home care regimen.

After you have completed the hygiene part of your visit, our Treatment Plan Coordinator will spend whatever time is necessary to again go over any therapy you need or want, the financial responsibility of that therapy, and the scheduling of future visits.

The most important part of your visits to our office is your education and understanding of your oral health and how it affects your overall health. So if at any point, you have any questions, please feel free to ask us.
